[Closed] Unable to ‘add new patient’ in UCP Training Portal  

July 14, 2025 Users are currently unable to use the ‘add new patient’ functionality n the training portal, . We are currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, please use an existing patient persona until the issue is resolved. Issue Resolution Status: This issue has now been resolved.

[Closed] Postcode lookup on Patient Information form

Last updated 15th January 2025 SystmOne users are being asked to enable the Valida key in SystmOne following a recent Valida update.  This is not expected behaviour.
