On Monday 12th February 2023 between 19:00 and 23:00, the Valida application used by EMIS and TPP will have an infrastructure upgrade which may cause brief intervals of service interruption, preventing EMIS and TPP users viewing or creating care plans. All other systems and UCP portal users will be unaffected. During downtime, users will be able to access an Universal Care Plan PDF via the London Care Record (HIE).
