[Closed] UCP unavailable over HSCN

Yesterday (29th April) the UCP system had unscheduled downtime lasting approximately 3 hours.  Users were unable to access UCP over the NHS HSCN network.

The cause was due to network provider severing cables during a hardware move in their data centre.

Issue Resolution Status:

The network provider had to replace and repatch cabling.  The UCP Programme Team and our system supplier will work with the network provider to identify lessons learnt as part of a Root Cause Analysis review.
