Training webinars are open to any colleagues with an interest in learning about the UCP or have questions about the system. Our team will show you how to use the UCP to create and update care plans, and other useful functionalities such as viewing the care plan history and withdrawing a care plan. You do not need to register or book in advance.
Bespoke training webinars
Our team are able to provide training webinars to all users or interested colleagues upon request. Webinars can be the same format as the weekly training webinars or they can be tailored to suit your team’s needs. Please get in touch and we will do our best to find a time that suits you and your team.
UCP Training Portal
What is the Universal Care Plan Training Portal?
The Universal Care Plan (UCP) Training Portal is an online environment that is identical to the UCP Web Portal but is not linked to any real patients, care plans or user data.
What is the UCP Training Portal used for?
The portal can be used as a training environment to see how patient care plans can be created or updated, and to see the functionalities within the Universal Care Plan without interacting with any real data.
Who can have access to the UCP Training Portal?
Anyone who is from an organisation that has been onboarded to the UCP may access the UCP Training Portal. This is not limited to clinical users and also includes non-clinical colleagues such as commissioners, IT leads, transformation and project management teams with an interest in seeing how the UCP works.
