Current system training

Before registering as a new user, please attend a training webinar provided by the UCP Programme team, or watch the training video below. Training information below relates to system training during the interim period; from 1st April 2022 until the new Urgent Care Plan goes live.

System training webinars

Live webinars are run every two weeks to show you how to use the current care planning system. The current care planning system is the same as the system previously used by Coordinate My Care. If you have already received training with CMC, you do not need to complete training again. 

You don’t need to register for the training webinars, simply click the link below to download the invitation, add to your calendar and join at the start of the webinar.

Training on how to use the new Urgent Care Plan will be available from the end of May. Please subscribe to our mailing list for latest news and updates about the programme, including training.

System training video

This training video provides an overview of the main functions of the current care planning system including how to start and complete a care plan, how to record a patient as deceased, alerts, how to manage patient lists and where to get support if needed.

Clinical training

Clinical training sessions are a supplementary offer, in addition to relevant clinical training already undertaken for a clinical role. Clinical training webinars from the UCP Programme team are available on request. 

Sessions covering the following topics are offered:

  • DNACPR (Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
  • Difficult conversations
