The Universal Care Plan PDF is currently not accessible from the London Care Record, using Person Centered Software (PCS) health record system. We believe this is due to a local issue with the PCS application, which they are working to resolve.
If you are affected, the recommendation is for you to log the issue using your PCS support desk. Please also report this to your local Care Home support team as appropriate.
