Some users are reporting seeing an ‘User is missing a required permissions’ error when loading the UCP for patients without a care plan.
This only occurs when launching the UCP from certain systems, and only if there is no care plan for the patient. The London Care Record, EMIS/TPP via Valida and web portal are unaffected. The cause has been identified and a fix is being developed; the aim is to release in next couple of weeks after testing with affected systems suppliers.
If this issue occurs to you, please start the care plan from UCP Web Portal or via the London Care Record. Once the care plan has been started, the care plan can be opened from affected systems.
Issue Resolution Status:
A fix has been developed, successfully tested with affected external system providers and went live on Tuesday 9th December.
