When users reset their password, the email to reset their password is not displaying their username, and screen to update their password is not rendering correctly i.e. not displaying minimum requirements, and showing some extra blue bars that look like buttons. However, users can update and reset their password.

A fix has been identified and is being scheduled for release on Tuesday 20th January 2026
