Users based at GP Practices are reporting that they are seeing no or few of their patients on the Worklists functionality available via the UCP Web Portal. Non-GP Practice users appear to be unaffected
Issue Resolution Status:
The UCP released the fix to our live environment on Thursday 12th March, and all users who have responded to follow up report that it is now working and displaying their practice patients. Please note it may take some time after first opening ‘My organisation’ worklist for the dashboard server to rebuild your worklist, so if it doesn’t appear initially – please try again after 30 minutes. If your ‘My organisation’ worklist is still not displaying after that – please contact our technical helpdesk https://ucp.onelondon.online/contact
