Users based at GP Practices are reporting that they are seeing no or few of their patients on the Worklists functionality available via the UCP Web Portal. Non-GP Practice users appear to be unaffected
Issue Resolution Status:
After monitoring The UCP system supplier identified that some users were timing out when using worklists. The dashboard server, which is a key component, was restarted on Thursday 22nd January and has resolved the timeouts, but has not resolved the underlying reported issue.
Further investigation and evidence kindly provided by GP Practices has now helped us identified the root cause, and a fix is been worked upon. This article will be updated once resolution timescales known.
