On Tuesday 3rd February, the UCP platform was updated with a release to make the new data fields introduced in release 2.2. available to patients viewing their care plan via the NHS App.
This release included:
- Update of all patient facing forms to align with release 2.2
- Bug fixes/minor changes for:
- Spelling error in NHS App
- Missing NHS App data in reporting database
