[Closed] Unable to view UCP via NRL (National Record Locator)

On August 20th 2024, users reported being unable to view UCP care plans via the NRL service – all other routes were unaffected. The underlying cause was an issue with the underlying auditing database, which was restored from backup on the same day and allowed users to view UCP via NRL.  A root cause analysis has identified some actions that would mitigate the effect were the auditing database similarly affected in future, which will be put in place and monitored by the UCP Project Management team
