There is an issue with the flagging of Universal Care Plans in the Valida client. Users may see the message “care plan information unavailable“ when trying to access a residents UCP from EMIS and SystmOne:

Users should still be able to launch the UCP form Valida by clicking on Universal Care Plan. If the UCP does not launch, our Web Portal access route is available as an alternative until the issue is resolved.
Issue Resolution Status:
The valida system supplier has implemented a network filtering changes which has been confirmed by end users as resolving the issue.
