There are some minor issues known with the UCP training system which are not in the live clinical system.

1. The training system does not have a catheter alert
2. There are minor misspellings on ‘medical devices’ form and ‘medication and allergies’ form for care plans migrated from CMC
3. The ‘Additional details’ field does not show in preview when the Stoma section in ‘medical devices’ form is completed

Issue resolution status:

The UCP training system has not yet been updated to the latest tested and signed off versions of forms and components – the UCP training system is currently displaying the last major release (2.3.0).  The UCP Programme is intending to next update the training system after the next major release (2.4.0) which is currently intended to be in Q1 25/26.  Details about the new catheter alerts can be seen here.
