UCP Editable Access for Londoners
Last updated: Thursday 12th March 2026 What is editable access for Londoners? In late spring, editable access for Londoners via the NHS login service is due to go live. This will enable members of the public to start a care plan and edit selected personal information in real time within the UCP, either via the NHS App

GP Connect Feedback Last month, the UCP went live with a GP Connect (Access: Structured Record) integration. This enables organisations with access to GP Connect to view medication and allergy information recorded in the patient’s GP record when in the UCP, helping reduce discrepancies and the administrative burden.
