On Wednesday 21st May, the UCP platform with a point release addressing some bugs identified after the new template release in January 2025, and some improvements.
The release included:
- A bug fix for ‘What matters to them’ form not displaying data in view mode in certain scenarios
- Addressing sort out and ‘other -specify’ inconsistences in Current Diagnoses and Other Significant Past Medical History
- Bug fix for a misspelling on Daily activities and support needs form
- Resolution of an edge case causing duplicate HL7 pdfs in London Care Record
- Improvement to populate electronic signature in DNACPR red border form
- Enforcement of screen refresh to display automatic alerts are immediately visible to users updates
