On August 20th 2024, users reported being unable to view UCP care plans via the NRL service – all other routes were unaffected. The underlying cause was an issue with the underlying auditing database, which was restored from backup on the same day and allowed users to view UCP via NRL.  A root cause analysis

July 14, 2025 Users are currently unable to use the ‘add new patient’ functionality n the training portal, . We are currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, please use an existing patient persona until the issue is resolved. Issue Resolution Status: This issue has now been resolved.

Last updated 27th February 2025 Users on Tuesday 24th February were having trouble logging into Valida and received an ‘an error has occurred during login, please close and try again’ message. This was due to an expired certificate which has been renewed. Last updated 15th January 2025 SystmOne users are being asked to enable the Valida key in SystmOne following a recent Valida update.  This is not expected behaviour. SystmOne will display a pop up like the below, which cannot be approved by the End User and if closed, will pop up again every minute or so.
